A successful candidate must be a self-motivated change agent who will look for opportunities to reduce operation costs in the manufacturing process while working in a team environment. This person will suggest improvements and document consistent procedures required to manufacture products for the company and increase production.

Duties & Responsibilities • Evaluate and recommend improvements in the manufacturing process • Perform time studies on current approved processes • Evaluate process control techniques and procedures in the manufacturing environment • Analyze process flows continuously for enhancements in Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost • Support company policies, procedures, goals and objectives in accordance with good manufacturing practices • Coordinate work with applicable departments • Create and maintain accurate documentation • Initiate actions in the continuous improvement process to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, process and systems • Other duties as assigned
