with roots stretching back to New York’s legendary

The ZombieAn exceptionally strong cocktail made of fruit juices and variety

of rums, so named for its perceived effects on the drinker. It first

appeared in the mid-1930s, invented by Don Beach of Holly-

wood's Don the Beachcomber restaurant. The fruity taste works

to conceal its extremely high alcohol content. Made with amber

rum, spiced rum, white rum, dark rum, equal parts lemon, lime,

Dark and StormyA favourite of the early 1900’s at the Bermuda Yacht Club, this
