– 4 items worked during IHC• Agree on 15 July 2010 as switchover date for HDOB message

format; include both formats in Appendix G (on schedule)

• Airspace use during TC missions (OPEN)

– Small team (Miami/Jacksonville ATC, 53rd WRS, and NOAA AOC) drafted proposed update to NHOP to allow participating NOAA and TEAL aircraft to maintain their own separation while operating in controlled airspace

• Clarification of what altitude aircrews are cleared to fly in reference to ATC airspace structure (MSL, AGL, or FL)

• Proposed change of eastern boundary from 55oW to 52.5oW (OPEN)

– May include in MOA
