Re-accreditation is granted for two years i.e., Intake of Batches 2007 and 2008. Compliance on the following observations/concerns should be intimated to PEC within one year before applying for next re-accreditation visit:- a. Substantial improvement in lab
hardware especially work stations for each group of student, provision of relevant lab manual in each lab, provision of physical models for unit operations lab, installation of fume-hood, board, provision of safety gear to students & staff and trained staff for operation of the available equipment.
b. Improvement in institute-industry-liaison.
c. The university should reduce the credit hours and increase the number of engineering faculty for the program.

UET, Peshawar should closely monitor the progress on the quality of education for Intake of Batch 2007 and onwards under strict control/role as an affiliating body/university.
