To schedule a Baptism, please contact the rectory for an
initial meeting and a parent preparation session.
Marriage
Please call the rectory at least six months in advance.
Couples meet with the priest for an initial pastoral
conversation before a wedding date can be set. Please do
not make other plans until a date has been confirmed with
your parish.
For the Sick
We are happy to visit with the homebound. If you or a
loved one would like a home visit, Holy Communion or
the Anointing of the Sick, please contact the rectory office.

parish, please consider joining us. If you are a member of our parish already, please consider joining one of our
ministries.
The Catholic Church welcomes new members of all ages. Children are welcomed into our faith through the
sacrament of Baptism. Adults can either join our faith, or complete their sacraments of initiation through our
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) or our Adult Confirmation program. If you are interested in any of

DALY CHRISTMAS NOTES
We have so much to be grateful for this Christmas here at Annunciation Parish.
I would like to express my thanks to the many people who helped to make our
Advent and Christmas celebrations so wonderful.
Thanks to all who cleaned and decorated the churches for Christmas. Your hard work
and dedication truly reflects the light of Christ in our parish community.
Thank you to all who minister to us in song. Thanks especially to David, Libby,
and all of our talented cantors; choirs and instrumentalists who made beautiful music
permeate our churches during this holy season.
Thanks to all of our Lectors, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, Greeters,
Ushers and Altar Servers. We appreciate your dedication and faithfulness.
Thank you to all who helped organize the Giving Trees and to the hundreds who donated gifts.
Thank you for making a difference in the lives of so many this Christmas.
Many thanks for your cards, baked goods, and other gifts received by the priests,
deacons and staff at Christmas. Your kindness is truly appreciated.
Finally, thank you to all of you. Your presence and prayers truly made this a very special
Christmas. May God bless you always, and in all ways.

Newington Food Pantry Collection
A very sincere “Thank You” to all who
participated in our Knights of Columbus
Newington Food Pantry Collection last
weekend for non-perishable food and
hygiene items.
Last weekend, Annunciation Parish donated
items weighing over 300 pounds! Many people
in need in our town will benefit from your
generosity. The next collection is the first
weekend of January at the main entrance of
both churches. The collections are held the
first weekend of each month. Thank you for
living your faith by helping others!
