What is Summer Training?

A Summer Training is an integral part of an education and an

opportunity offered by an employer to potential employees, to work at a

firm for a fixed or limited period of time. The interns are mostly

undergraduate students and university graduates who have not yet found

employment take the part in summer training; it may be part-time or full-

time. They are usually part-time if offered during a university semester

and full-time if offered during the summer, it is for 6 weeks. Placements

are usually

full-time, and take place irrespective

of term time or holiday time.
