Tip: If you find yourself getting hungry, go on a blitz in the produce aisle.
Think outside the celery stick: fresh veggies come in all colors, flavors, and
crunch levels. Better yet, they fill you up without packing on pounds.
My routine included 30 mins of cardio & 30 minds of weights & resistance training, 6 days per week. With a diet fundamentally made up of eggs, fish, chicken, veggies, fruit, nuts - no surprises there!
