Erasmus+ implementation: what the office has done
Student mobility platform updates
(Socrates Organizer http://151.100.101.75/so2013_sapienza/login.aspx)
- new Interinstitutional agreement: institutional approval through digital signature
- infosheet: upload and creation of automatic sending, receiving and printing system
- student application: introduction of new data check on student mobility platform.
e.g. Question to know if the student has done a previous Erasmus experience in order to
calculate how many months are left to be spent abroad in the same cycle of study (since the
same student may receive grants for mobility periods up to 12 months maximum per EACH
cycle of study independently from the number and type of mobility activities)
- Learning Agreement: upload of the new form and link to student personal web-page
Training for academic and administrative staff working under Erasmus at faculty level
