    Rainfall Conditions

    Annual rainfall of less than 500 mm is experienced in western

    Rajasthan and adjoining parts of Gujarat.

    Some parts of Western Rajastan receives annual rainfall of less

    than 100 mm.

    Nearly 80 per cent of the land in the Konkan, which receives thehighest rainfall on the West Coast.
