We are reviewing the renovation costs of various projects at the State Captiol from 2009 - 2014. I was able to obtain
copies of the invoices (app(ication for payment) and change orders that support them. However, there are couple of
jobs require more information.
Specifically, on change order 7 (08/02/2010) there is a charge of 562,467.00 for renovation of room E-306. I've been
asked to provide a breakdown of the amount, such as electrical, flooring, painting, etc. I cannot find any breakdown on
'. ) any documents that we have here. With some of the change orders, I was able to locate a Standard Estimate Report
-. ' that matched the amount invoiced. I wondered if a Standard Estimate Report is available for the S62,467.00 in work.
There was also a question about item 10, purchase of plaques. No one recalls what that was for, and I cannot find any
documentation for that amount.
