This card size is 5.25 x 5.25” square.

Materials

10 1/2 x 8 ½” card stock3 ¼ x 11” card stock

4 ¾ x 4 ¾” card stock(2) 3x3” square or circle card stockScorer, Scissors. Double Stick Tape

Optional

3 x11” designer paperDesigner paper to decorate

Score the 10 ½ x 8 ½ card stock on the 10 ½” side at 5 ¼”Turn to the 8 ½” side and score at 5 ¼”

At the 8 ½” side of the card stock (shorter flap side) cut the card stock at the 5 ¼” score line to the horizontal score line

Turn to the 10 ½” side and cut off the 3 ¼ x 5 ¼” piece as shown in the picture

Fold the remaining 3 ¼ x 5 ¼” flap as shown in the picture

Fold at the 5 ¼” score line to create a 5 ¼ x 5 ¼” card base

Apply a ¼” double stick tape to the top and bottom of the inner aspect of the 3 ¼ x 5 ¼” flap and adhere to the card base to create a pocket

Score the 3 ¼ x 11” card stock on the 11” side at 4 1/8”, 4 1/4”, 9 ½”, and 9 5/8”

Repeat this step with the 3 x 11” designer paper

Adhere the 3 x 11” designer paper to the 3 ¼” x 11” cardstock centered

Apply double stick tape to the inner aspect of the 3 ¼ x 11” card stock on the 5 ¼” panel

Adhere the 3 ¼ x 11” card stock to the back of the 5 ¼” square card base, flushed to the bottom edge. The shorter flap will be to the right of the front of the card base.

Apply double stick tape to the center of the 3 ¼ x 11” card stock

Adhere the ribbon to the 3 ¼ x 11” card stock. Before adhering the ribbon be sure to check if you can tie a bow to the front right side of the card base as shown in the picture

below

Turn the card base to the front and tie the ribbon slightly to the right of card base

To decorate the card, adhere a decorated a 3x3” square or circle card stock slightly to the left of the 3 ¼ x 11” flap

Open the front flap and adhere the 2nd 3x3” square or circle decorated card stock and adhere over the same outside piece. Align the two 3 x 3” piece. Decorate the 5 ¼ x 5 ¼”

Decorate the 4 ¾ x 4 ¾” card stock

Insert the 4 ¾ x 4 ¾” card stock into the pocket
