G.I. Bill Information:
The CMRP Program is approved for
reimbursement to eligible veterans and
their dependents for the cost of the
certification examination. The United
States Department of Veterans Affairs
(VA) will reimburse the cost of the test
only, not any of the other fees connected
with the certification process.
As an added benefit, we are offering the CMRP exam to all eligible veterans for our discounted rate of $250, and the CMRT exam at $195. We hope this
will ease your initial cost burden as you await reimbursement
from the government.
For more details on eligibility requirements and reimbursement
procedures, visit the VA website at www.gibill.va.gov or call
1-888-GIBILL. The CMRP exam has been assigned Facility

and VA forms used to submit claims.
There is a tremendous and growing need within the

The CMRP certification is the #1 leading credentialing program
for certifying the knowledge, skills, and experience of maintenance
and reliability professionals. It’s more than just reviewing
information in books; it’s a thorough examination of a broader
scope of expertise measured against a universal standard.
The exam’s content is all-inclusive, from equipment reliability and
technical skills to asset management and strategic planning.
Boost your confidence and authority by adding an internationally-
recognized certification after your name.
Show supervisors you’re committed to your career and the
company’s success – CMRPs help improve efficiency and
productivity.
The CMRP exam is accredited by ANSI, which follows ISO standards
for its accreditation process.
This program is not tied to any commercial ventures so content and
goals serve the entire community objectively
The CMRP exam is based on the 5 pillars of the M&R Body of
Knowledge:
 Business and Management
 Equipment Reliability
 Manufacturing Process
Reliability
 Organization and Leadership
 Work Management
Offered in English, Spanish and Portuguese, this already global
certification is now even more accessible!
“To me, being a CMRP means that I have attained a level of knowledge and experience that
few have around the World. I value it much more than my Master’s degree because it says
much more. I look at other fellow CMRPs and truly respect them as professionals because I
know firsthand the rare skill set they posses.” Jaime Ramirez, CMRP, Kaolin Mushroom Farms
“At Reliant, we are using the CMRP exam
to help us benchmark and identify who
the right personnel are.” Joe Dominick,
CMRP, Reliant Energy

We require all maintenance managers to take the exam, and encourage those managers to
motivate their employees to become certified as well,” Kevin Stewart, CMRP, Alcoa
