Submit a cancellation letter and surrender the Official Receipt and the convention kit at the PAMET Office. 50% of the payment is refundable when cancellation is made before November 21, 2014. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AFTER NOVEMBER 21, 2014.NO LETTER, NO REFUND. Refund, to be released through CHECK ONLY, IN THE NAME OF THE PAYOR, will be processed only after the convention.
