Subj: NCTAMS LANT WOMENS HISTORY MONTH OBSERVANCE

1. Purpose.  To promulgate the schedule of events and assign responsibilities for the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT) Women’s History Month Observance on Monday, 28 March 2016, from 1100 to 1145.

2. Discussion

a. NCTAMS LANT is hosting an event to observe Women’s History Month from 1100 to 1145 at NCTAMS LANT located in the Quarter Deck Annex in building M51. b. The purpose of the Women’s History Month observance is to provide the crew with knowledge and entertainment. A schedule of events is provided in enclosure (1). Diversity Committee will have various desserts during the event (Cupcakes, cake, cookies etc… and beverages). The event and all activities will be indoors.

c. The event is open to all NCTAMS LANT military, civilian, and contractor personnel.

d. ET2 Johnson, ET2 Grady, ITSN Jackson, and ITSN Johnson are the coordinators for this event and will arrange dessert pick-up and server station set-up. 3. Coordinators. ET2 Johnson and ET2 Grady are Coordinators.

4. Responsibilities

a. Safety. Designated/qualified Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation personnel will be on standby for emergencies.

b. Diversity Committee

(1) The Diversity Committee members will purchase all desserts on 28 March 2016.

1020 Coordinators and members arrive.

1030 Coordinators and members began decorating. 1100 QDA is opened up for the Women’s History Month gallery walk-through and desserts. 1145 Women’s History Month Celebration ends.
