Dulok Rebound Double Wire panel system detail

DescriptionCLD has developed the heavy duty ‘Dulok Rebound’ panel, to com-plement the existing ‘Dulok’ system, for use in multi-use gamesareas, where previously plywood boards, prison mesh, or evenheavy duty grating have been used. The normal ‘Rebound’ panelis 2.03 m high with horizontal wires at 66.5 mm centre to 1200mm high and then 200 mm centres for the remaining 800 mm.Panels of 1.23 m, 2.03 m with all horizontals at 66.5 mm areavailable for goal areas and dividing fences.

Sloping groundPanels can be stepped in increments of 30 mm as requiredwithin the clamp bar system. Where gradients exceed 1:16, it is recommended that taller panels are either part-buried or additional posts are used.

Dulok Rebound posts and clampsFor the Dulok Double Wire panel system CLD has developed a post and clamp bar system which provides a simple method ofsecuring. Complete with an anti-vandal fastener, installed witheither a battery-powered driver or traditional tools, this systemoffers a rapid and secure installation.

DescriptionThe RHS posts are supplied complete with a full-length 40 x 5 mm flat clamp bar and M8 x 40 mm pin hex dome-head security screws or Sheardrive™ bolts.

FinishAll posts and clamps are supplied hot dip galvanised only or hotdip galvanised and polyester powder-coated in colours to match the fencing panels.

DescriptionThe Dulok Double Wire panel system has been used in many appli-cations where security, anti-cut-through fencing is specified, such as school perimeters and full-size footballgrounds, where up to 6.0 m high fencing may be required, and also multi-purpose games areas. A range of mesh apertures are available for different uses i.e tennis.

FinishHot dip galvanised only or galvanised and polyester powder-coated. The standard colour is Green RAL 6005. RAL range of colours available.

DescriptionThe CLD tubular handrail system is ideal for the perimeter of running tracks, school playground areas and sports arenas, in-cluding spectator enclosures. It is available with or without additional mid-rails or mesh panel infill.

A kickboard may be fixed to the base for hockey/field sports applications. Solid panel infills are also available to enable signwriting and advertising space. This system can also beused as a trip rail, providing a strong and aesthetically pleasing trip rail opposed to the high maintenance woodenbirdsmouth type.

FinishAll components of the handrail are galvanised steel or alu-minium before polyester powder coating with fixings being bzpfinish.

The standard colours are Green RAL 6005 and Black RAL9005. RAL range of colours available.
