TERMS OF SERVICE

Hours of Operation: Mon through Thurs 8:00am-3:00pm Eastern Standard Time

Shipment Carrier: We ship via United Parcel Service.

Shipping Charges: We charge Freight on Board. No additional handling charges are assessed.

Shipping Time: Orders placed before 9:00AM Eastern Standard Time are shipped same day. All other orders are shipped next day. Please note that orders placed on Thurs after 9:00AM may not ship until the following Monday.

(Holiday seasons are an exception and can add time to shipping)

Minimum Order: Our minimum order is $150.00, for each order, including re-orders.

Billing: We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. Terms may be offered to qualified buyers. Please ask for a copy of our credit application. (Credit cards are charged the day the order is shipped. We cannot accept credit card payment for an order shipped on terms.) All past due invoices will be assessed a 2% service charge per month. Late accounts will be placed on credit card terms only.

Please Note:

We keep large quantities of stock on hand. However, stock shortages can occur. Back orders are kept at customer request only.

We provide new order forms with each order. When you reorder, please fill out the new order forms before calling or faxing, to insure that you receive the correct merchandise and help speed the shipping of your order. We will not guarantee the accuracy of orders that do not use our order forms. If our order forms are not used, the order will be delayed at least one day so they can be transferred to our form, since this is the only way orders can be pulled and processed.

All claims for shortages must be in writing and accompanied by the order form and invoice. No claims will be honored without these forms. Claims cannot be handled by phone. Defective merchandise or merchandise received in error must be returned to us before credit can be issued. Return merchan-dise to us the cheapest way possible (generally USPS Parcel Post) and we will also credit the return costs to you.No claims or adjustments will be honored after 14 days from receipt of the merchandise.

Bad checks, short pays, and unauthorized chargebacks will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
