The Doc recommends cutting the sleeve to mimic the length of your penis for the most comfortable and pleasurable experience.

With your customized extension inside the sleeve (hollow end facing you), refit the sleeve onto your erection, folding over any excess until it fits snugly. Using the ruler, measure the length of the sleeve on your penis, and take note of the measurement.

Remove the sleeve. With itunfolded completely, measurethe sleeve to mimic the same

length as it was on your erect penis.

Trim off the excess lengthfor a custom fit.

Get yourself as erect as possible.Using the ruler on the front of the pamphlet, measure the entire lengthof your penis, and take note of the measurememnt.

A solid 1” extension is already built into the head of the sleeve.1
