We, at ANDUVE, areexperienced ourselvesin working from home.
We have gathered 5 tipsfrom our Working fromHome Course to help you.

These 5 competencieshave consistentlyshowed to be important forperformance, motivation,and resilience whenworking remotely, or as we have named it –Working from Home.
By knowing thesecompetences, you canstructure how to supportyourself and your teammembers to thrive in workingfrom home.
In this document, we'llprovide insight into eachcompetency, the mainstruggles you face workingfrom home, and explain howwe at ANDUVE strive tostrengthen thesecompetences.

In addition to leveragingyour self management skills,the priority matrix, willsupport you in being seenas dependable, as you willnow know how to prioriesand plan for given deadlines
No 3 : Use of a Priority Matrix
Another element insupporting Self Managementis to strengthen mentalwellbeing while working fromhome.
We focus on Self Care andMeta Cognitive training.
Our advice includes self care;such as diet, training, breaks,meditation, and even socialcontact and happenings.
Add these activities into thepriority matrix to include inweekly schedules.
You will deliberately andeffectively investigate howyou unplug after work.
We also provide tools tostay connected to yourcolleagues. You will significantly raiseyour resilience,strengthening mentalwellbeing.
No 4 : Physical and Mental Wellbeing
To support you and yourteam’s communication, wefocus on online presence,and handling conflictsremotely. The latter ideallyby preventing them, but justas important to solve themimmediately when theyarise – whether within ateam, or with customers.We use a number oftechniques to strengthenyour self-awareness, as wellas training in labellingcommunication style andskills
One way to strengthenyour self-awareness isunderstanding yourtriggers. There are manysituations, words, tone ofvoice that can trigger astrong emotional reaction.You can train yourawareness by noticing yourreactions, then decide on adifferent and moreconstructive response. Ittakes practice and we are here to help you.
