Session 1- Fri 9.30am school fieldBring your kids to running club day!If you cant join us then 45 mins of activity of your choice
Session 2 Run for 30 mins then run 5 mins fast then run 10 mins back at slower speed again.
Session 3 Run 5 mins easy then 5 mins fast and repeat 5 times
