5 Tips for an allergy-safe Halloween
Wherever you go on Halloween, make sure you bring your child’s emergency medication with you. Better safe than sorry! Bring some wipes for sticky hands too!
Make sure you carefully inspect any and all candy that comes home with your child. This will not only ensure that the bag ends up allergy-‐friendly, it’s also a good safety practice in general.
You’re probably already buying them for your little ghouls and goblins already, and at your house you’re in control of the candy! So if you can find some, try and find some allergy-‐friendly options to hand out to your neighbors.
Halloween can sometimes entail a lot of food related activities that exclude food allergic kids. Why not provide some safe non-‐food activities at home to make the holiday extra fun!
