APPEARANCE

In my experience, I have seen a lot of peo-ple neatly dressed but yet fail to get the job but I have NEVER seen a poorly dressed individual get any job.

It is important you look your best, wipe off sweat, smile and go on to the next step..

COMPOSURE

It's pretty difficult to keep your cool when you are in front of an 8 man panel who seem to be staring into your soul. Well that's the essence of it anyway.

All you have to do is:● Take a deep breath● Smile● Relax (sit upright, look straight and stay still.

No tapping of feet or nervous display)

VOICE

Your voice is the ultimate measure of your confidence level. The most confident man in a room can be identified by his tone. This is easy to attain or at least fake for the duration of the interview. You have to maintain a moderate-pitched/conversation style tone.

I recommend you sing regularly in order to give your voice a confident tone. Trust me, it WORKS!

ENGAGEMENT

While no firm wants to employ a “boring” personnel, a garrulous employee is a big turn off! You have to strike a balance. Focus on your strengths and your positives. When outlining your achievements try as much as you can to use “we” in place of “i”. If you fo-cus on your strengths most of the questions coming your way would arise from your strong suit. KEEP THEM ENGAGED.

CLOSURE

Most people don't pay attention to this part. After an interesting interview most HR per-sonnel are looking forward to your closure. Luckily, you don't have to do much, but you have to do something anyways. A simple “thanks and I look forward to hearing from you” would suffix. Don't forget to add a slight smile so it appears NATURAL.
