What is Project Formulation? (1)
Qu'est la Formulation du Projet?
(1) Project formulation is the process of documenting the project overall goal, purpose, output, activity, and input for preparing a project. More than one activity/output may be combined in a project.
La formulation du projet est le processus de documenter le projet « overall goal »(objectif global), « purpose » (objectif specifique), « outputs » (resultats),« activity » (activité), et « inputs »(intrants) pour préparer un projet. Plus d‘un activity/output (activité/resultat)peut être combiné dans un projet.

(2) Project Design Matrix (PDM) and Plan of Operation (PO) shall be prepared during the project formulation process.

(3) Project formulation also allows the risk analysis as setting pre-conditions and assumptions for ensuring the Project activity/output/purpose.
La formulation du Projet aussi autorise l'analyse du risque comme mettre des « pre-conditions » et des suppositions pour assurer « activity/output/purpose »(activité/ resultat/objectifspecifique) du Projet.

SustainabilityIn one project, an important element is the sustainability of initiatives.Dans un projet, un élément important est le « sustainability » d'initiatives.This requires participation from all “stakeholders” in all project activities.
