A Note from the Director —It’s a New Year!

It’s a new year and we hope to see you around the 5-5-1 Club participating in the many opportunities for learning, fun and community! Whether you stop by the club on the Lyngblomsten campus or at one of our partner sites, we hope that when you attend you will experience warmth and connection. From my observations, the 5-5-1 Club is a special place because of you! We have a wonderful community of older adults who are living life with zest and zeal.

As with each new year, there comes a few changes. First, we will continue to offer Monday transportation to medical appointments, but we are expanding the Monday transportation to any type of appointment. See page 22 for details. You will also notice that the Friday lunches will now be on Thursdays. Transportation is still available. In 2013, we hope to get to know you a little better. To learn more about who the 5-5-1 Club Team is, see page 20.
