The educative área has always been one of the best areas in this Centre: as you can see in the graphic, the opening of the Respect Modules and the U.T.E. (Educative Therapeutic Unit) have been of great value to the education labour in the Prison; as eventhough the number of people in Prison has decreased since the Prison Las Palmas II was openned, the increased of the number of inmates enrolled in the school has been quite high in relation to the total number of inmates.
