The 4th Engineering Leader's Congress entitled "Engineering Student Leaders: Engage” aims to help the student leaders engage with the upcoming activities and advocacies for the upcoming academic year and embody the Thomasian Engineering pride. The activities and seminars intend to give useful knowledge and experiences that will contribute to the development of the students' leadership abilities and potentials. Also, at the end of the congress, delegates from different organizations are expected to build a sense of comradeship, unity and solidarity to work as a team in serving the student body throughout the school year.
O B J E C T I V E S
Greetings to all the participants of the 4th Engineering Leaders' Congress (ELC)!
After being DAREd, we stepped forward and SHOUTed OUT. Now, it’s time to fully
ENGAGE and commit ourselves in doing what we ought to do as responsible, faithful
and passionate Thomasian Engineering leaders as we welcome the NeoCentennial Age.
ENGAGE. It’s actually a big word. When you engage, you commit, you captivate, you
engross. At the same time, to engage also means to bring together and to activate. As
this year’s advocacy, let us perceive this coming academic year as an opportunity to
engage and bring together what we can for the betterment of the Thomasian
Engineering community. As we start another year to count for another century of
unending grace, let us step up together and stretch our limits. Be programmed as starters
of efficient mechanism for growth and progress as we boost our each and own potential
energies into moving speeds. Let us welcome this year with electrifying thrill, passion, and
hunger for excellence and never forget our integrals and values at the same time. This
Engineering Leaders' Congress will be YOUR chance to fully engage and be part in
taking the challenges of our new age as we take the challenge of being a dedicated
student leader. Bear in mind that our biggest responsibility as student leaders is the
pursuit of our goals. We work hard for the realizations of what we have envisioned for our
fellow Thomasian Engineers to be part of. But as we go further, the next big challenge is
to recognize ours as a well-constructed and well-established body which serves its
purpose admirably. After all, it is for the Thomasian Engineering community’s welfare that
we exist and they always deserve the best. For them, we lead and we serve.
Hopefully, this academic year, it’s all about ENGAGEment! Let us all work together for
these goals and ENGAGE as we, student leaders of the Faculty of Engineering aspire for
ENG-AGE!.
To aspire and to inspire.
To inform and to empower.
To break new grounds and to reach new heights.
Even more...
To ENGAGE.
The Age of Engineering the NeoCentennial Generation. ENGAGE!
Congratulations for having the courage to step up and represent your organization for
this year's ELC! Let us keep in mind that serving comes with compassionate heart,
competent attitude and committed soul. Godspeed to everyone of us!
