Observations:

1. Out of milk availability of 12.5 lakh litres per day, nearly 45% is being processed by existing Milk processing Units.

2. Balance milk is distributed locally by farmers in the nearby areas.3. No Milk processing unit is available near to IKSEZ project site.4. Hence, good potential exists to source and set up Milk processing Unit in IFFCO
