PEOPLES PARTICIPATION:
MAIN PROBLEMS SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT PEOPLES PRIORITIES
No Central place for Central functions/meetings is held in Dhalaya Panchayat. Community Centre be opened at Dhalaya Village.
Priority.
Vaterinary is away at 5 Kms hence timely treatment to the cattle is not being provided to the villages. Vaterinary be opened in nearest place.
Villages are not linked with the roads.
Link roads are required to be made to Dhalaya (1.5Km), Gharog to Salaun (4 Kms), Kariyali to Nariana (4 Kms), Nehra to Dargot (6 Kms), and mettaling of Road Dhami to Thachi is required.
Deficiency of education staff in Dhalaya High School exist. Education staff be made up in the School.
Many blank areas of private and forest land is lying in the area.
Plantation be done in all the blank area, BL in Private Ghasnis and Gram Panchayats be involved in plantation works.
The condition of Dhalaya Nala is miserable as the same cuts the land and no provision is there for crossing it.
Foot Bridge from Dhalaya to Dargot & Dhalaya to Bannaur & Jadhog on the Khad is required and retaining walls along the Khad be made.
There is no water storage system in the area. Village bawari and farm ponds are reqiurd to be made and water storage tank required at Dhalaya Nursery.
Monkey and Pigs destroys the crops and Leopard damages the cattle and human. Management for wild animals be done suitably.
Lantana bushes are in huge scale in private and forest land which is dangerous for cattle and undergrowths. Lantana bushes be recomved completely.
Suru in Private and forest land is in huge scale. Suru is required to be removed from all types of the land.
Village paths are very dirty due to flow of severage water flow which is cutting the land and huses. Proper severage in all the villages be made.
Top Priority.
