Kathleen (Kathy) M. Fiore recently joined Acxius as a

member of the Acxius Sales Team. Kathy brings to the

Acxius team extensive experience in leading Data Gov-

ernance and Master Data Management initiatives. Fur-

thermore, Kathy has proven success in rescuing failing

projects, as well as transforming business processes to

deliver improved customer service and other measur-

able outcomes.

Kathy has worked effectively across industries, from

pharmaceutical projects at Pfizer, to clients within insur-

ance and manufacturing, to retail clients such as Nike.

The scope of these initiatives managed under Kathy’s

direction has been expansive, with budgets reaching

$400+ million and teams of 250+ resources. Kathy has

also worked successfully with a variety of business and IT

stakeholder groups, and with all levels of leadership,

from analysts to CEOs.

Not only has Kathy partnered with C-suite leaders across

industries, but she has also served as the Chief Executive

Officer of a global Information Technology consulting

Acxius Recognized as “Fastest Growing”

The members of the Acxius leadership team are pleased

to announce that Acxius has been recognized by Inc.

Magazine as one of the fastest growing private compa-

nies in the United States.

business plans, establishing company performance

models, and forging new strategic alliances with com-

panies such as IBM and Siebel. In addition, Kathy

managed an international and remote workforce of

Product Development, Service, and Sales/Marketing

professionals.

Prior to joining People 1st, Kathy Fiore held the posi-

tion of CIO at Imagyn Medical Technologies, a publicly

-traded global manufacturer of medical devices.

While at Imagyn, Kathy collaborated with executive

peers to define and implement a strategy to raise

over $300 million in venture capital with the purpose

of acquiring medical devices companies. Additionally,

Kathy oversaw the implementation of Enterprise Re-

source Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP and Oracle

for acquired companies, and integrated 16 new/

acquired products during a 16 month period. As a

result of efforts led by Kathy, gross revenue increased

from $90 million to $850 million and Imagyn emerged

as an international market leader.

Kathy Fiore holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Connecti-

cut State University and is a graduate of Penn State’s Execu-

tive Management Program. Kathy is a former member of

Hewlett Packard’s CIO Executive Council and was acknowl-

edged by HP via their online customer success stories. Kathy

has also been recognized as an IT authority, with published

articles in both Fortune Magazine and Business Week.
