How to Order 60 Charities1. Select FormatWe have 3 standard calendar formats for you to choose from: A3 Wall (420x297mm);Desktop (130x250mm); and CD Case (107x184mm). Wall and Desktop calendars arewire bound (white) and the CD Case calendar comes in a recyclable, clear case.

3. PersonaliseThere are 3 standard layouts for each calendar format - see page 11. Please visit ourwebsite www.charitycalendars.co.uk to view in more detail.
Once you have selected your layout you can then add your logo and company information.All information will be displayed in the same way for each month on the calendar.
4. Artwork for Logos Please send artwork via post or email. For best quality printing, our preferred logo format is Adobe Illustrator EPS with Pantones embedded. Alternatively, high resolution(300 dpi) TIFF or JPEG formats are acceptable.
If you wish to have your logo or text in colour please specify your Pantone referenceswhen ordering.
5. Support a CharityFor every calendar sold in 2013, 10% of the retail price will be returned to your chosencharity. If you select more than one charity, the contribution is divided equally betweenthe chosen charities. Choose from over 60 charities.
6. Place Your Order
Once your order has been placed we’ll send you an email acknowledgment within aday and a free pdf proof of your order for approval within 3 days.
Delivery - From signing your proof off we aim to deliver your calendars to you within 14days. Please order early as delivery times closer to December may increase. Delivery isby registered couriers and must be signed for on receipt.
Our standard terms apply to all orders. Please visit our website for a full list of our terms and conditions. We only acceptchanges and cancellations of orders in writing.
Please note, any corrections and retouch work required is charged at as follows: Retouch logo £25; Authors corrections/inc2nd proof £12. One colour printing other than Black, set up charge £20. Payment strictly 30 days from order receipt. Ourstandard sales terms apply to all orders. VAT @ 20% will be added to all invoices.
