Fastfoodculturehaspulledusawayfromthenaturalandslowworldofgrowingfood,tellinguswecaneatmorejunkfood,morequickly more often for less money and still stay hearthealthy quickly,moreoften,forlessmoney,andstillstay heart healthy thatwecanhaveourlowfat,highfibre,omega3enrichedtriplechocolatecakeandeatittoo.
