4-5 acres when full and three ponds that are a bit smaller.  There are also two wet weather creeks that feed into the Atascosa River and one wet weather creek feeding the Buckhorn creek and watershed.  Much of the property either drains into the Atascosa River basin or is part of the Buckhorn Creek watershed.   This amazing ranch contains many mature Oaks, Post Oak, Spanish Oak and Mesquite Trees that are up to 40 ft tall.
