What I like about my home ...

I appreciate the good functional spaces of this home which makes for relaxed living.

Entertaining and relaxing: • Good kitchen storage space for all good dishes which makes preparations for entertaining easy.• Entertaining in the family room with a fire (in the 46” wood burning fireplace) or just sitting with a fire on a grey

day -Fires on rainy or cool Sundays are a family tradition.• Dining with small groups with the fireplace on in the dining room – guests are thrilled. • Having 12 guests sit comfortably in the dining room at my extended table is a wonderful way to entertain.• Happy hour on the second level sun deck with views to the ocean. • The rear yard is very private, and with the family room opening onto the rear deck and rear lawn we are able

to host large groups for summer events. Upper floor:• Modern vaulted spaces on the second floor are a nice contrast to the traditional spaces on the main floor. • The 1000 sf master bedroom suite is an oasis of space and order.  • Seventeen drawers in the walk-in closet keep this closet neat and tidy. • Two office spaces situated in different corners of this suite allow for efficient working for a couple or a home
