COMMON FEATURES MODELS 4650 EV8R - 4650 EV7PR

 The automatic unit 4650 EV7PR / 4650 EV8R is a machine equipped with a Vibemac sewing head with a single

needle bar, with an adjustable 2 needle clamp, tr iple capacity rotary hooks, thread trimmers, stepping motor

for the X and Y movement, loops cut by knives.

 The loop folding system allows to minimize the quantity of folded up material and the automatic system of joint

survey allows to minimize the quantity of wasted material, which is collected by a vacuum pipe for a working

environment as clean as possible.

 Through the Digital panel it is possible to adjust quickly and easily the setting of the machine.

 As standard the unit is equipped with the normal loop (both sides are folded up), it is possible to modify,

purchasing 3 different kits, in order to apply the sportwear loop (bottom side is folded up), classic loop

(no sides are folded), double loop.

Main features of the automatic loop setter model 4650 EV7PR are: the high productivity, that can reach up to

2200 trousers with 5 loops each in 8 working hours shift; the flexibility, purchasing 3 different kits it is

possible to apply all the existing types of loops available; the easiness and the quickness needed to change

the bobbins, to front-load the loops; the comfort of the one leg adjustable in height stand, which allows a

better working condition for the operator, plus makes it easier to clean up the machine; the machine respects

all the safety CE regulations.

 The above mentioned features, plus the quality of a product entirely manifactured in I taly, are a warranty of a

FEATURES OF VERSION 4650 EV8R - NEW fully customize bartack 

 The outstanding feature available on the version 4650 EV8R is the possibility of creating any kind of bartack`s

pattern the customer requires in an area of 30 x 16 mm. This is easily made directly on the user friendly touch

screen panel plus included in the software there're 9 different ready made bartack styles each one

independently programmable, as the X bartack or double bartack styl e and many more.
