WHEREAS , by Governor's Executive Order No. 2 142 dated June 2 , 1964, certain l and and improvements s i tuate at Kawaihae 1s t and 2nd

, South Koha la, Island of Hawaii , Hawaii was set aside for addition to Kawaihae Harbor; and

WH EREAS, the Board of Land and Natural Resources at its meet i ng of December 12, 2014, approved the withdrawa l of a portion of land from Executive Order No . 2142 dated June 2 , 1 964.

NOW , THEREFORE, I, DAVID Y. IGE, Governor of the State of Hawaii, by virtue of the authority vested in me under Section 171-11, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended , do hereby order that

the following described land and improvements, identified as“Withdrawal Portion of Parcel G of Kawaihae Harbor Project,Governor’s Executive Order 2142,” situate at Kawaihae 1st and 2nd,

South Kohala, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii, containing an area of3.142 acres, more particularly described in Exhibit “A” anddelineated on Exhibit “B,” both of which are attached hereto andmade parts hereof, said exhibits being respectively, a surveydescription and survey map prepared by the Survey Division,Department of Accounting and General Services, State of Hawaii,being designated as C.S.F. No. 25,556 and dated October 19, 2016,is hereby withdrawn from the Operation of Governor’s ExecutiveOrder No. 2142 dated June 2, 1964.

SUBJECT to disapproval by the Legislature by two-thirdsvote of either the Senate or the House of Representatives or bymajority vote of both, in any regular or special session nextfollowing the date of this Executive Order.

Beginning at the west corner of this parcel of land and the south

corner of the Remainder of Lot 2, Governor’s Executive Order 1759, the coordinates of
