Madison House, Kirkland’s first retirement community serving seniors for more than 35 years, will be
passing on their legacy to family owned Koelsch Senior Communities April 1. Koelsch Senior
Communities, family-owned and operated since 1958, currently has twenty communities in six states,
specializing in independent, assisted living and memory care.

Koelsch Senior Communities leads the industry in Independent and Assisted Living by training and
