Thank you for your letter of 30 July 2010.
I would advise that the Planning, Protective Services and Licensing Committee, at their meetingon 20 January 2010, agreed that the fare structure be reviewed in twelve months rather than themaximum period of eighteen months.
This means that the consultation, as required in terms of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act,for the review will commen@ in October of this year in order that any review can be completedin January 2011.

In light of the above we would ask thal there is no increase in the running mile or anyother charges but that there is a 30p increase across all tariffs on the flagfall.
