INFORMATION
This former residence turned events place is an ideal venue for all types of gatherings. We have hosted events such as celebrations (birthdays, baby shower, bridal showers, etc), parties (graduation, Halloween, Christmas), school activities (school org party, presentations) and company events (gatherings or meetings). We can accommodate as much as 50 persons and our list of amenities include the following: Air‐conditioned Area Sound System Laser Lights and Spotlights TV Tables and Chairs Kitchen with Refrigerator Bar Parking Area

TERMS OF PAYMENT

P2,000 Total Down Payment P3,000 Down payment should be given two weeks before the event and the remaining balance should be paid before the start of the event. Reservation fee is deducted from the rent of the place. NO CANCELLATION POLICY – Reservation fee is non‐refundable because we have lost the opportunity to accommodate other clients when the date of the event was booked. SECURITY DEPOSIT ‐ This amount shall be returned after the event considering that no damage has been done to ALL THE PROPERTIES AND EQUIPMENTS OF 42ND EVENTS PLACE, this includes stealing, vandalizing and smoking indoors. Any damage done no matter how minor it is will be worth the security deposit. If the amount of the damaged item is worth more than the security deposit, then the client shall pay for the succeeding amount.
REMINDERS
*We can host up to 50 guests. *Curfew is until 1AM. *If you wish to use our amenities, please coordinate with us beforehand. *The event will start once the air‐con has been turned‐on. *NO SMOKING INDOORS or the security deposit will be forfeited. *We reserve the right to refuse guests who become unruly. *We are not liable to any loss of personal belongings, injuries or accidents that may occur to the guests during the event.
