Thank you for considering the Holiday Inn French Quarter for your upcoming wedding reception. We appreciate you thinking of us for your special day! The following policies will serve as a guideline in your planning process to ensure a successful and enjoyable reception by all. Upon reserving your reception, a non-refundable deposit will be due with the signed contract within fifteen (15) business days to secure your date on a definite basis. An additional non-refundable deposit will be due ninety (90) days prior to the event. All deposit payments will be applied to the total charges. The estimated balance of all costs will be due by or before ten (10) business days prior to the event.
