Tender Title Koombana Drive Upgrade


The Scope of Works includes but is not limited to the following; I. Removal of the existing timber boardwalk structure;

II. Traffic Management Services (where Option B – one lane of traffic open) for Traffic Management of the Site including the areas before and after the Works to modify driver behaviour through the Works and all internal traffic within the Works.

III. Installation of the concrete canvas at the base of the tidal wall structure;

IV. Clearing of vegetation as required in order to construct the new roadway;

V. Removal of existing drainage and installation of new drainage infrastructure as shown in the Design Drawings in Appendix B;

VI. Installation of the new Tidal Wall structure as shown in Design Drawings in Appendix B;

VII. Removal of the existing road pavement and installation of new road pavement as shown on the Design Drawings in Appendix B (including all associated testing and certifications);

VIII. Installation of all surface infrastructure including but not limited to pathways, barrier systems, kerbing , signage and line marking.
