Deadline and Payment Options

For final numbers, menu choices and any special dietary requirements, QUB Banqueting require a minimum of two clear days’ notice. Therefore, we must have received your booking by 2 p.m. on Thur. 12 October 2017 and collected payment by 5 p.m. that day.

1. Afternoon: 1pm - snooker and/pool competition or knock about in QUBSU (time tbc).2. 5.30 p.m.: private bar area for patrons to meet (‘Speakeasy’, QUBSU)3. 7.30 p.m.: dinner in the Great Hall4. c. 9.30 p.m.: private bar area for patrons (‘Speakeasy’, QUBSU)
