Day 1 – Theme: Putting on the Garment of Praise By James W. Goll

Scripture: Isaiah 61:3 (NASU) To grant those who mourn in Zion, Giving them a

garland instead of ashes, The oil of gladness instead of mourning, The mantle of

praise instead of fainting, So they will be called oaks of righteousness, The

planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.

Prayer: Today we cast off the dreary spirit of heaviness and put on the mantle of

praise! We receive the oil of joy and gladness today in Jesus great name! Amen

and Amen!

Day 2 - Theme: Inhabits our Praise By James W. Goll

Scripture: Psalm 22:3 (JV) But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of

Israel.

Prayer: Today I build a throne for my God by praising You! I exalt You dear Lord

and Savior! You are highly exalted above all things! Inhabit my praises as I

magnify the God who is more than enough!

Day 3 - Theme: The Joy of the Lord By James W. Goll

Scripture: Nehemiah 8:10b (NIV) This day is sacred to our Lord. Do not grieve,

for the joy of the LORD is your strength.

Prayer: Indeed, the joy of the Lord is my strength. Fill me to over flowing. My

mouth shall be filled with laughter! I shall not grieve but rejoice in the Lord!

Day 4 – Theme: The Sacrifice of Praise By James W. Goll

Scripture: Hebrews 13:15-16 NASU Through Him then, let us continually offer

up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that give thanks to His name.

And do not neglect doing good and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is

pleased.

Prayer: Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord. Yes, Praise the Lord! I will offer up

shouts of praise to my God. He loves it when I freely praise His name! Let us

praise the Lord together.

Day 5 – Theme: With One Heart and Mouth By James W. Goll

Scripture: Romans 15:5, 6 (NIV) May the God who gives endurance and

encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ

Jesus, so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father of our

Lord Jesus Christ.

Prayer: Bring us be in such unity that we will magnify the Lord of Hosts with one

heart and one voice together. I will glorify the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ

with all my being. Let us glorify the Lord!

Day 6 – Theme: Praise is Powerful! by Doris Clark

Scripture: Acts 16:25, 26 About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and

singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly

there was such a violent earth quake that the foundations of the prison were

shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everybody’s chains came

loose.

Prayer: Lord we lift up praise to you and rejoice as you open the prison doors of

our life’s and set us free! And give us opportunities to free others! Thank you

Jesus!

Day 7 – Theme: Break Out with Praise! by Doris Clark

Scripture: Judges 5:12 Wake up, wake up, Deborah! Wake up, wake up, break

out in song! Arise, O Barak! Take captive your captives, O son of Abinoam.

Prayer: Lord today we will awake ourselves and arise in praise to you as you give

us power to take captive our enemies; give us strength we pray in Jesus name.

Day 8 – Theme: Ambush the Enemy through Praise by Doris Clark

Scripture: 2 Chronicles 20:22 As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set

ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were

invading Judah, and they were defeated.

Prayer: Father we pray as we sing and praise you today that you will go before us

to set ambushes against our enemies and defeat them in the mighty name of Jesus!

Day 9 – Theme: Exalting the Lord through Praise by Doris Clark

Scripture: Exodus 15:1, 2 Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to the

Lord: ―I will sing to the Lord, for he is highly exalted. The horse and its rider he

has hurled into the sea. The Lord is my strength and my song: he has become my

salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt

him.

Prayer: Lord, you are our strength and you are mighty in battle, we will exalt you

in our praises. Our enemies will be over thrown and we will be triumphant! Be

with us we pray.

Day 10 – Theme: Worthy of Praise by Doris Clark

Scripture: 2 Samuel 22:4 I call to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and I am

saved from my enemies.

Prayer: Lord there is no one like our God and no one more worthy of our praise!

You save us and set us up over our enemies and cause us to be victorious. We pray

that you make us a praise in the earth and Jesus made known to all. AMEN!

Day 11 – Theme: Praise Him Among the People! by Tammy Cason

Scripture: 2 Samuel 22:50 (NIV) Therefore I will praise you, O LORD, among

the nations; I will sing praises to your name.

Prayer: Lord, I will praise you among the nations and sing praise to your name

for you alone, oh, Lord are worthy. You alone are worthy to receive honor and

praise. Amen.

Day 12 – Theme: His Glory Fills the Temple! by Tammy Cason

Scripture: 2 Chronicles 5:13 (NIV) The trumpeters and singers joined in unison,

as with one voice, to give praise and thanks to the LORD. Accompanied by

trumpets, cymbals and other instruments, they raised their voices in praise to the

LORD and sang: "He is good; his love endures forever." Then the temple of the

LORD was filled with a cloud,

Prayer: Lord, we sing with one voice and one heart giving thanks to your holy

name. We will play our instruments skillfully before you and proclaim that you are

good and your love endures forever! Amen!

Day 13 – Theme: Let Everything Praise the Lord by Tammy Cason

Scripture: Psalm 150 (NIV) Praise the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise

him in his mighty heavens. Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his

surpassing greatness. Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with

the harp and lyre, praise him with tambourine and dancing, praise him with the

strings and flute, praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding

cymbals. Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD.

Prayer: Along with the angels, I praise the Lord today! With all the heavenly

hosts, I praise Him for His mighty deeds! I will dance and I will rejoice. I will sing

praises and lift shouts of joy! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!

Praise the Lord!

Day 14 – Theme: Praise Opens Heaven to Earth! by Tammy Cason

Luke 2:13-14 (NIV) Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared

with the angel, praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth

peace to men on whom his favor rests."

Prayer: Lord, in Jesus' name we come before you and adore you with the angels of

heaven. Our hearts cry out "Glory to God in the Highest! Sing Glory to God!

Glory to God in the Highest and peace to His people on earth!" Amen.

Day 15 – Theme: Praise God Who Helps His People! by Tammy Cason

Luke 7:16 (NIV) They were all filled with awe and praised God. "A great prophet

has appeared among us," they said. "God has come to help his people."

Prayer: Father, God, thank you so much for sending your Son, Jesus. We praise

your great name for your prophet who was sent to help your people. In Jesus'

Name we pray, Amen.

Day 16 – Theme: Praise Prepares us for Salvation by Patrick Penn

Scripture: Psalm 50:23 (NIV) He who sacrifices thank offerings honors me, and

he prepares the way so that I may show him the salvation of God.

Prayer: Father, according to Your Word, we offer thanks and praise to You today

so that we may see Your salvation. We prepare the way today to see salvation in

every area of our life by praising You in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Day 17 – Theme: Binding the Powers with Praise by Patrick Penn

Scripture: Psalm 149:5 – 9 (KJV) Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing

aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-

edged sword in their hand, To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments

on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of

iron; To execute on them the written judgment -- This honor have all His saints.

Praise the LORD!

Prayer: I release the high praises of God this day. I rejoice in the Lord. I praise

God for who He is and I magnify Him for what He does. Praise the Lord! By my

praise this day, I bind up the princes of darkness that attempt to rule my life, house

and ministry. Today as I praise the Lord, these powers are bound in Jesus great

name. Praise the Lord!

Day 18 – Theme: From Generation to Generation by Patrick Penn

Scripture: Psalm 145:3-4 (KJV) Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised; and

His greatness is unsearchable. One generation shall praise thy works to another;

and shall declare thy mighty acts.

Prayer: Father we declare Your praise to the next generation. We thank You that

as we praise You today that we are preparing the way for You to touch the next

generation with Your mighty acts in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Day 19 – Theme: Intervention through Praise by Patrick Penn

Scripture: Psalm 47:5-9 (NIV) God has ascended amid shouts of joy, the Lord

amid the sounding of trumpets. Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises to

our King sing praises. For God is the King of all the earth, sing to Him a psalm of

praise. God reigns over the nations; God is seated on His holy throne. The nobles

of the nations assemble as the people of the God of Abraham, for the kings of the

earth belong to God; He is greatly exalted.

Prayer: We praise you today, and declare that You are King over all the earth. We

thank You that as we praise You that You supernaturally intervene from Your Holy

throne to touch kings and nations throughout the earth in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Day 20 – Theme: Praise Precedes Favor by Patrick Penn

Scripture: Acts 2:47 Praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And

the Lord added unto their number daily those who were being saved.

Prayer: Father we thank You that as we praise You that you give us supernatural

favor. Lord we praise you today expecting our praise to prepare the way for a

great harvest of souls to come into Your Kingdom in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Day 21 – Theme: Praise Him for New Beginnings! by Marion Farrar

Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:17 (Amplified Bible) Therefore if any person is

[ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether);

the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh

and new has come!

Prayer: As we embark on a New Year, we praise You, Lord, that we are ingrafted

in to the Messiah and we are no longer what we used to be! The fresh and new has

come! 2006 is over, old cycles have been broken! We embrace all that You want to

do in this New Year!

Day 22 – Theme: Praise Him for the New Birth by Marion Farrar

Scripture: John 3:3-5 (New Living Translation) Jesus replied, ―I tell you the

truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.‖ ―What do

you mean?‖ exclaimed Nicodemus. ―How can an old man go back into his

mother’s womb and be born again?‖ Jesus replied, ―I assure you, no one can enter

the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit."

Prayer: Thank you, Jesus, for the most incredible new beginning of all time!

Through the mystery of being born again, we can enter the Kingdom of God!

Anyone, at any time, at any age can experience the wonder of being born of water

and spirit!

Day 23 – Theme: He is Faithful! by Marion Farrar

Scripture: Lamentations 3:22-23 (NKJV) Through the Lord's mercies we are not

consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great

is Your faithfulness.

Prayer: Every day we have a new beginning because of Your great faithfulness,

Almighty God! Your mercies are new every morning! What an awesome thing to

start over every day!

Day 24 – Theme: Praise Him for New Things Are Coming by Marion Farrar

Scripture: Isaiah 43:18-19 (NAS) Do not call to mind the former things, or

ponder things of the past. "Behold, I will do something new, now it will spring

forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness,

rivers in the desert."

Prayer: Today, Lord, we think on the new things you are doing! What miracles do

you want to do in 2007? We choose be aware of the new in 2007, refusing to look

at the past. We praise you for new anointings to come forth in our "desert" areas!

You are making "new roadways" in our lives! Praise the Lord!

Day 25 – Theme: Everything is New! PTL! by Marion Farrar

Scripture: Revelation 21:1-5 (The Message) I saw Heaven and earth new-created.

Gone the first Heaven, gone the first earth, gone the sea. I saw Holy Jerusalem,

new-created, descending resplendent out of Heaven, as ready for God as a bride for

her husband. I heard a voice thunder from the Throne: "Look! Look! God has

moved into the neighborhood, making his home with men and women! They're his

people, he's their God. He'll wipe every tear from their eyes. Death is gone for

good—tears gone, crying gone, pain gone—all the first order of things gone." The

Enthroned continued, "Look! I'm making everything new. Write it all down—each

word dependable and accurate."

Prayer: We live this life looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth! One

day there will be no more tears, no more death, no more pain! We thank you for

the promise of everything being new!

Day 26 - Theme: Praise Silences the Enemy by Leese Lockmiller

Scripture: Psalm 8:2 (LITV) - Out of the mouths of babes and sucklings, You

have ordained strength, because of the ones distressing You, to cause the enemy

and the avenger to cease.

Prayer: As children of our Father God, we praise You for establishing strength to

silence our accuser. Therefore we will not cease to praise You! Let the enemy’s

weapons cease to be effective as we praise the Lord.

Day 27 – Theme: Praise with Song by Leese Lockmiller

Scripture: Psalm 28:7 (HCSB) The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart

trusts I Him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart rejoices, and I praise Him with

my song.

Prayer: Praise the Lord! You are our strength and shield. We rejoice over you

with our song this day. I will let a new song be in my mouth and my heart will

rejoice greatly in the Lord.

Day 28 – Theme: He Strengthens His People! by Leese Lockmiller

Scripture: Psalm 68:35 – How awesome is God as he comes from his sanctuary --

- the God of Israel! He gives strength and power to his people. Praise God! (GNB)

Prayer: Praise the Lord for the strength and power we receive in Your presence

this day. How awesome is Your presence. Thanks you Lord for releasing Your

power.

Day 29 – Theme: Knowledge of the King’s Business by Leese Lockmiller

Scripture: Daniel 2:23 (BBE) I give you praise and worship, O God of my

fathers, who have given me wisdom and strength, and have now made clear to me

what we were requesting from you; for you have given us knowledge of the King’s

business.

Prayer: Praise you for giving us wisdom and strength. Increase them both among

us that we would be able to comprehend and cooperate with Your plans. Give us

knowledge of our King’s business this day.

Day 30 – Theme: Strength to Overcome by Leese Lockmiller

Scripture: I Corinthians 15:57 (BBE) But praise be to God who gives us strength

to overcome through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Prayer:

Praise You for giving us the strength we need to be victorious through the Lord

Jesus Christ. Let us never forget the strength and power that was purchased for us

at the cross. I am an over comer by the blood of Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord!

Day 31 – Theme: Transformed From Shame to Radiance by Kay Durham

Scripture: Psalm 34:3, 5 Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt His Name

together. Those who look to Him are radiant; their faces are never covered with

shame.

Prayer: Together with one voice we praise You and exalt Your Name. We focus

and trust in You alone, exchanging our shame for Your radiance! PTL! We look to

you and are transformed!

Day 32 – Theme: Praise Him for Hope by Kay Durham

Scripture: Psalm 42:5 Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed

within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my

God.

Prayer: Even when our souls are downcast and discouraged, we will still praise

You. For as our eyes are turned toward You, our souls are uplifted and filled with

hope! Praise the Lord of Hosts!

Day 33 – Theme: Hallelujah for Your Light by Kay Durham

Scripture: 1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy

nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of Him Who

brought you out of darkness into His marvelous light.

Prayer: What a privilege to be chosen for the high calling of ministering to You,

and declaring Your praises to those who are still in darkness. You have brought us

out of that darkness, and are continuing to bring the darkness out of us!

Hallelujah!

Day 34 – Theme: From Grumbling to Gratitude by Kay Durham

Scripture: Hab. 3:17-19 Though the fig tree does not bud, and there are no grapes

on the vine, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there

are no sheep in the pen, and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord. I

will be joyful in God, my Savior. The sovereign Lord is my strength; He makes my

feet like the feet of a deer, He enables me to go on the heights.

Prayer: We will praise You even in the midst of lack and need. In You, we have

sure-footed confidence far above our circumstances! I will arise and Praise the

Lord! The sovereign Lord is my strength.

Day 35 - Theme: Praise the Name of the Lord by Kay Durham

Scripture: Psalm 148: 1 – 5 (NIV) Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the

heavens, praise him in the heights above. Praise him, all his angels, praise him, all

his heavenly hosts. Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars.

Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies. Let them praise

the name of the LORD, for he commanded and they were created.

Prayer: O Lord, we love you so much! You are majestic beyond words. Today, I

join with the angels of heaven and praise your name. Today all creation rejoices in

the Lord their maker. Sun and moon, stars of the sky and beasts of the field –

praise His name with me this day. For He commanded and we were created! PTL!

Day 36 - Theme: Praise is the Pathway to His Presence! by Jeffrey Thompson

Scripture: Psalm 100:4-5 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with

praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the LORD is good and his love

endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Prayer: Today we enter Your gates with thanksgiving and Your courts with praise!

We give thanks to You and praise Your name, Lord! We receive Your goodness in

the form of Your enduring love and faithfulness this day.

Day 37 - Theme: Praise Him for His Care by Jeffrey Thompson

Scripture: Psalm 68:4-6 Sing to God, sing praise to his name, extol him who rides

on the clouds – his name is the LORD— and rejoice before him. A father to the

fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling. God sets the lonely

in families, he leads forth the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a

sun-scorched land.

Prayer: We sing praise to you and extol you, Lord! We rejoice that in the presence

of your holy dwelling the fatherless, widows, and the lonely are cared for and

prisoners are led forth with singing!

Day 38 - Theme: Exalting Him Over the Nations by Jeffrey Thompson

Scripture: Psalm 113:3-6 From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the

name of the LORD is to be praised. The LORD is exalted over all the nations, his

glory above the heavens. Who is like the LORD our God, the One who sits

enthroned on high, who stoops down to look on the heavens and the earth?

Prayer: We praise Your name, Lord, and acknowledge Your position in the

heavens! You are exalted over nations, Your glory above the heavens; You sit

enthroned on high! Praise the Lord!

Day 39 – Theme: Filled with the Glory of God by Jeffrey Thompson

Scripture: 2 Chronicles 5:13-14 The trumpeters and singers joined in unison, as

with one voice, to give praise and thanks to the LORD. Accompanied by trumpets,

cymbals and other instruments, they raised their voices in praise to the LORD and

sang: ―He is good; his love endures forever.‖ Then the temple of the LORD was

filled with a cloud, and the priests could not perform their service because of the

cloud, for the glory of the LORD filled the temple of God.

Prayer: We join as one and raise our voices to give praise and thanks to you, Lord

– You are good; and your love endures forever! We invite the glory cloud of your

presence into our midst as we praise you, asking you to fill us. Fill us with your

great presence!

Day 40 – Theme: For Our God Reigns! by Jeffrey Thompson

Scripture: Revelation 19:5-7a Then a voice came from the throne, saying: ―Praise

our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, both small and great!‖ Then I

heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like

loud peals of thunder, shouting: ―Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns.

Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory!

Prayer: We respond to the instruction of Your throne and praise our God!

Hallelujah! You reign, Lord! We rejoice, are glad, and give you glory! We declare,

“Hallelujah! For the Lord our God reigns!”
