originates from First Principle of Thinking.

How first principle thinking would work:

Step #1 : Identify and define what you assume to be ______________ about the

client, we can help them find a solution which in turn will grow their company.

Let's see it through a case study.

Say you have a client that you are working with who has a team related problem.

The related problem is that they believe their team is unproductive.

When you follow first principles coaching and sort of trying to find a solution, your

approach will change to helping your client ___________________. You would

Your job is not to give the solution. Your job is to help them find the

Your approach may look something like this:

The first question maybe you might ask something like, what exactly do you think?

Why do you think this is? They might answer that the team is unproductive because

What does coming at 10:00 AM mean?

If we believe being productive is delivering the highest quality you work in the least

time, how can we know if they are delivering the highest quality of work in less time?

Maybe let's look at that _______________________ and ask other team leaders and

what they think. What might happen is that other team leaders may report that

there are a few members that are consistently not meeting their timelines and

deadlines, and so there's sort of team members that might get productive.

Who are these few team members, what are the consequences for not meeting

deadlines and goals? Do they know that they're not meeting deadlines and goals.

Now you can already see by this ________________________ that we may have

found the real issue. It's a few people reflecting on all the members.

The last question that will help them find a solution could be, how can we take

actions that inspire the team and beat out the productive ones. As you see in this

example, the solution would come from the ________________.

Knowing how to find the _____________________ is the key to good business

coaching

Clarity & Goals

First, you need to identify the _____________ of the company.

There is always a dream that inspires the founder to stop the company. If you can

have the founders stepped back into that dream or create a new one from their

current reality, you will find that there is ease in actually achieving it.

Once you know the goal of your client, you find what stops them to get to their goal,

the exact challenges, the problems, the things that are right in front of their face,

and they can see it.

Find out what blocks them, stops them.

Then create an __________________________.

Help them see the power of that plan in context of their dreams, and finally

Your clients want to get to the dream.But life happens. People fall off the track.

When we _________________ frequently with clients in a systematic way, we are able

to create real results.

One of the tracking processes we can use with companies is called

They are simply measures of progress. If you're not making progress, these measures
