Dr Mogens Arentoft, leader of the Process andMicro-Technology Group at IPU, Denmark, hasbeen working in cold forging, numerical andphysical simulation and micro-forming areas formore than 15 years. He has coordinated and par-ticipated in several EU-funded projects. Since2001, Dr Arentoft has been chairman of theDanish Cold Forging Group and member ofthe International Cold Forging Group, theDanish Metallurgical Association, ESAFORMand Danish Sheet Metal Forming Group. He has
published over 50 international journal and con-ference papers.
Giuliano BissaccoDr Giuliano Bissacco, Assistant Professor ofManufacturing Engineering at the University ofPadova, was Research Assistant (20012004)and Assistant Professor (20052007) at DTU,Denmark.
