4. What’s Wrong? Kirk says that the product of 1 and any number has a 1 in the ones place. What’s wrong?

The possible product when you multiply any number by 1 is the same number.

1 x 5 = 5

6 x 1 = 6

The number in the ones place depends on the number that is multiplied by 1..
