As the colours in
the mains lead of
this appliance may
not correspond
with the coloured
markings
identifying the
terminals in your
plug, please proceed as follows:
The wires in the mains lead are coloured
in accordance with the following code:
Blue neutral [N] Brown live [L]
Plug Fitting Details (Where
Applicable). The wire coloured blue is
the neutral and must be connected to
the terminal marked [N] or coloured
black.
The wire coloured brown is the live wire
and must be connected to the terminal
marked [L] or coloured red.
On no account must either the brown or
the blue wire be connected to the
[EARTH] terminal . Always ensure that
the cord grip is fastened correctly.
The plug must be fitted with a fuse of the
same rating already fitted and
conforming to BS 1362 and be ASTA
approved.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician
who will be pleased to do this for you.
Non-Rewireable Mains Plug
If your appliance is supplied with a
nonrewireable plug fitted to the mains
lead and should the fuse need replacing,
you must use an ASTA approved one
(conforming to BS 1362 of the same
rating).
If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician
who will be pleased to do this for you. If
you need to remove the plug –
disconnect it from the mains – and then
cut it off of the mains lead and
immediately dispose of it in a safe
manner. Never attempt to reuse the plug
or insert it into a socket outlet as there is

BEFORE YOUR FIRST USE:
1. Remove the parts from the packaging.
2. Assemble as instructed.
3. Your appliance is now ready for normal use.

Dispose of the packaging in a responsible
manner.
Timer Select between 0.5 to 7.5 hours. Press the button repeatedly to increase in 1/2 hour segments.
Example timer setting 5 1/2 hours
Once the set time period has been
reached the appliance will turn off.
Cool Make sure that the warm/cool dial is set at cool. Press this button after you have added water and ice boxes to the water tank. The air cooler will increase the humidity before the temperature decreases. Putting the frozen ice boxes in the water tank will enhance the cooling effect. When the water in the water tank is low, an alarm will sound for a few seconds, and the icon will flash reminding you to top up the water in the tank.

Mode (remote Control)
Set the Warm/Cool dial to Cool. Press the mode button on the remote control once for the natural wind function. The natural wind indicator on the control panel will illuminate and the wind speed will vary automatically. Press the mode button a second time for the sleeping wind function. The sleeping wind
indicator on the control panel will
illuminate and the wind speed will
vary automatically.

ASSEMBLY OF THE APPLIANCE
Attach the four castors to the bottom of the
appliance by screwing them into place.
CAUTION: Ensure the product is fully
assembled before plugging it into an electrical
outlet.
USING YOUR APPLIANCE:
Warm/Cool Dial:
On the top of the appliance there is a cooling
and heating dial. Adjust this to ‘cool’ when you
require cool air, or ‘warm’ when you require
warm air.

with both the manual control panel and
the remote control, but the icons may
slightly differ in appearance on the
remote control.
USING THE WATER TANK & ICE BOX:
Water tank:
1. Pull the water tank half way out of the appliance.
2. Slowly fill the tank with cold water. Pay attention to the water level
markings on the tank to ensure you do not over or under fill the tank.
3. Once you have filled the tank to the appropriate level, push the tank back into the appliance.
High speed -
Warm Choose between 1000W and 2000W .

4. When the appliance is in operation the water will circulate around the system and back into the water tank.
5. Adding ice or the frozen ice box to the water tank can enhance the cooling effect.
Ice Box:
1. Place the ice boxes in the fridge or freezer before use to ensure they are completely frozen.
2. Place one frozen ice box in the water tank.
Note: Two ice boxes are included so they can be used alternatively.
Warning: Please keep the ice box away from children and animals as it is a
chemical based substance that is harmful if swallowed.
Ensure the ice box is not exposed to direct sunlight.
CLEANING AND CARE
Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it is disconnected from the power supply and has cooled down completely.
Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaning solutions.
Do not immerse the appliance in any liquid. To clean the exterior, a slightly damp, lint-free cloth may be used.
Cleaning the filter:
To remove the air filter, unscrew it from the back of the of the Air Cooler & Heater using a Philips screw driver.
Remove the air filter from the appliance and clean it first with a brush and neutral
detergent, and then with clean water. Allow it to air dry before placing back in the appliance.
Cleaning the cooling pad:
After removing the air filter, remove the cooling pad. Clean the cooling pad with a brush and neutral detergent, and then rinse with clean water. Allow it to air dry before placing back in the appliance.
Cleaning the water tank:
Pull out the water tank from the back of the Air Cooler & Heater and clean it in warm, soapy water. Allow to dry and reinstall.
