Product definition

Available in 2 metre 3 compartment length with 2*1 metre covers which are secured using push-on clips (all trunking is unassembled) and supplied with a joint range of accessories in “high” or “low” rise options depending on size of the floor void.

Material specification

All trunking components are manufactured from pre-galvanised sheet steel to BS EN 10142 in the following thicknesses:Trunking body: 1.0 mmTrunking cover: 1.0 mmAccessories: 1.2 mm

Trunking body and cover are return edge style joints are “fish plate” type and supplied with fixing nuts and bolts.Trunking lengths are manufactured to a tolerance of +0 mm/-2 mm on a 2 000 mm length.

InstallationFlushfloor trunking should be installed on to a ribbon screed,using the height adjustable fixing to secure to the floor. Packing underneath trunking should always be used if the trunking is raised off the screed .The trunking cover is supplied in place and sealed with tape which should remain until after all screeding operations are complete. All jointing pieces and mounting brackets may be attached externally The remaining screed can be used as a datum line. After screed has set remove the temporary fixing screws which locate cover on to base
