2014年度中国民用直升机机队数量增幅达34%！由2013年底的436架增长至583架，冠居亚太之首。

随着由国家空管委组织召开的全国低空空域管理改革工作会议的闭幕，我国目前正在沈阳、广州飞行管制区、海南岛等十二个市区直辖市进行真高1000米以

下空域管理改革试点，力争2015年在全国推开，标志着我国低空空域资源管理由粗放型向精细化转变。此外，民航局已启动“十三五”通用航空发展规划的

编制工作，作为战略性新兴产业重要组成部分的通航产业，将带动超万亿元的市场规模，以及整个产业链的十年黄金期。而作为通航产业的代表，中国民用

直升机也预示出将迎来爆发式的发展。

然而，在这空前的机遇面前，还面临着无法忽视的挑战。民航总局此前曾表示，到2035年，中国需要培养约50万名民航飞行员才能满足市场需要，而现在

中国民航飞行员仅有几千名，飞行人才的培养上存在巨大缺口。中航工业直升机专为民用市场创建的AC系列直升机具备完整的谱系，这是中国自主研发的直

升机与国际主流直升机制造商同台竞争的重要武器。中国民用直升机市场处于初级阶段，其用户大多也处于起步阶段，用户差异较大，对产品系列化和个性

化的要求会提高。海油勘探、医疗救援、游览观光、电力巡航...崛起的通航市场造就了多元化的直升机作业，是否能够顺应潮流抓住机遇，是中国民用直升

机全产业链所共同关注的问题。

China civil helicopter fleet continued to grow strongly in 2014 at a high rate of 34% - the highest growth rate in all of the Asia Pacific region – rising from

436 in year-end 2013 to 583 at year-end 2014 (Source from Asian Sky Group, a Hong Kong based business aviation consulting group).

With the closing of the national low-altitude airspace management reform conference held by National Air Traffic Committee, China has conducted 12 pilot

projects in 12 cities such as Shenyang, Guangzhou and Hainan for below 100 meters airspace management reform, and plan to promote in the nationwide

in 2015. Besides, CAAC has started working on “The Thirteenth Five-year Development Planning” for general aviation development. As significant part of

strategic emerging industries, the general aviation industy could drive the market size of more than one trillion RMB, and bring ten years golden period for

the whole industry chain. As the representative of the general aviation industry, china's civil helicopter will also usher in explosive growth in the near future.

However, we cannot neglect the challenges in front of this unprecedented opportunity. CAAC has previously said that by 2035, China requires about

500000 civil aviation pilots to meet the needs of the market, but now we only have a few thousand pilots, which reflects a huge gap in the cultivation of

pilots. AVIC has created AC series for civil helicopter market, which also be an important weapon in competing with international mainstream helicopter

OEMs. While china civil helicopter market was still at an early stage, users might increase their demand for the seriation and personalization of products.

Offshore, SAR& EMS, Aerial Tours, Power Line，the rise of the general aviation contribute to the Hhelicopter's multi mission operations. Whether could

seize the opportunity, is the common concern of the whole industry chain.
