These brackets are made of mechanical anchoring systems which

ensure your unit applications static and provide high reliability for

the isolation of low frequency vibrations. In order to improve their

performance in seismic applications the technical department of

AMC-MECANOCAUCHO designed a new internal architecture to

resist such environments.

In addition to its resistance these pieces offer the following advantages:TRANSPORT SAFETY: Vibrabsorber seismic brackets feature a locking device, so that the brackets are locked duringtransport of the machine.

NOISE ISOLATION STRUCTURE: The supports vibrabsorber seismic Sylomer ® have in their interior, microcellularpolyurethane insulates this mid and high frequencies that are transmitted by the spring.




ANTISEISMIC ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

• Elevate the equipment and place the mounts under theequipment.

• Coordinate the location of each mount, depending onthe installation drawing or the positions recommendedin the theoretical calculations.

• Lower the equipment and support it on the springmounts, taking care not to overload any of the springmounts.

• Turn the leveling screw clockwise on the lowest equi-pment corner until the equipment is level. Do notattempt to place all the weight on any one springmount, but distribute the load proportionately.

• Continue to turn each leveling screw until the top loadplate reaches operating height (see static deflectionvalues of the theoretical calculations).

• Make sure that the M16 Anti-traction screws arecorrectly installed on both lateral sides of the springmount. It is not necessary to apply any tighten torqueon them.

• When the equipment is completely installed and opera-ting, tighten each M16 nut of the leveling screw.

• Do not attempt to move the isolators laterally with theweight of the equipment on them, in order to avoidany bend or brake of the spring mount housing orslippage of the Sylomer® pad and the bottom housing.If it is necessary to move the equipment, remove theweight from the isolators by raising the equipmentbefore moving.
