moguć dolazak taksijem do kontrolne točke u gornjoj Bistri, te odlazak taksijem s parkirališta u gornjoj Bistri

parKing:

u gornjoj Bistri samo s parking dozvolama na posebno predviđenom parkiralištu za “gold club” goste kapaciteta 550 vozila (jedna parkirna dozvola na tri “gold club” akreditacije)

sistem ulaZa i ulaZnica:

akreditacije s kontrolom na slijedećim točkama: na parkiralištu u gornjoj Bistri + “Welcome desk” gdje se dodjeljuje narukvica u tunelu na ulazu u prostor “gold club-a”

prijeVoZ:

Za “gold club” goste bit će organiziran “shuttle” prijevoz kombijima od parkirališta u gornjoj Bistri do rotora iznad ciljne arene i natrag (cca 600 metara od ciljne arene).

predviđeni početak prijevoza je: 04.01.2020. u 10.00, a zadnji povratak sa sljemena u 19.00

05.01.2020. u 10.30, a zadnji povratak sa sljemena u 21.00

“gold club” akreditacije imaju tri različita vremena polazaka:

for sponsors, suppliers and partners of the race: By own vehicles or in the self-organisation of sponsors, suppliers or partners to gornja Bistra

for general and corporate sale: By own vehicles to gornja Bistra possible arrival by taxi up to the checkpoint in gornja Bistra, and departure by taxi from the parking area in gornja Bistra

parKing area:

in gornja Bistra only with parking permits on the specially reserved car-park for “gold club” guests with the capacity of 550 vehicles (one parking permit per three “gold club” accreditations)

entrance and ticKet system:

accreditations controlled at the following points:

at the parking in gornja Bistra + Welcome desk, where you will be given a bracelet

in the tunnel at the entrance of the “gold club” area

transport:

For the “gold club” guests the shuttle transport by passenger vans will be organised from the parking in gornja Bistra to the roundabout above the finish arena and back (approximately 600 meters from the finish arena).

scheduled transport will be as follows: on jan 04, 2020, to start at 10:00, and last departure from sljeme is scheduled at 19:00

on jan 05, 2020, to start at 10:30, and last departure from sljeme is scheduled at 21:00
