• About 520 students
• About 60 staff members
• 12 4th grade classes and 10 5th grade classes
• Students have one teacher for Math/Science and one teacher for Language Arts/Social Studies
Building Support Team
• Support Specialist
• Provides intense remediation, push-in support, pull-out support
• Counseling Program-Mrs. Robyn Rosenthal and Mrs. Maria Balint
• Provides group, individual, and class support for overall well-being
• Nursing Services-Ms. Corinne Fender
• Ensures the health and well-being of our students
Building Support Team
• Secretarial Staff-Mrs. Hoeg and Mrs. Moskowitz
• Provides support to parents, students, and teachers
• Custodial Staff
• Maintains our building facilities
• Cafeteria
• Ensures the nutritional needs of our students are met daily
Academic Programs
• Language Arts-90 minutes daily
• Math-90 minutes daily
• Science and Social Studies-45 minutes 3x a week
(on a quarterly basis)
• Elective Classes-45 minutes each on a rotational basis
Additional Academic Programs

• 45 minutes each day for remediation, enrichment, or bolstering of current skills

School Policies and Rules
• Students are expected to follow the Elementary School Handbook
and Student Code of Conduct (located on school website)
• Each classroom has its set of expectations
• Classwork, homework, and behavioral expectations
Arrival Procedures
• Before Care-Door #9 in the rear of the building
• Students line up by the flag pole in the front of the building
• Parent Drop Off is in the horseshoe off of Rock Ave. ONLY
• Bus Drop Off is on Lester Place in the front of the building
• Doors open at 8:40am and students must be in their classrooms
by 9:00am
Dismissal Procedures
• Students are dismissed to their bus located on Lester Place
• 4th grade exits: Harold Place side of the building
• 5th grade exits: Door #2 (Rock Ave.) and Harold Place side of the building
• Aftercare students are picked up from the front of the building
• Please be on time to pick up students
